Who counts as a paid user?
Only people who log in to AVGrid on the web — typically office and management staff. Each active web user is $10 USD per month on the 12-month plan after the trial.
Do I pay for field crew?
No. Crew who only use the iOS Crew app — to see offers, accept jobs, set availability, and track earnings — are always free.
What's included in the free trial?
Everything. The full platform — events, quotes, sales orders, inventory, warehouse, crew scheduling, invoicing, and both iOS apps — for two months.
How does the 12-month plan work?
$10 per web user / month, billed annually ($120 per user / year). Built to stay cheap for solo operators and small teams — DJs, bands, PA hire, and event crews.
