Pricing questions
Who counts as a paid user?
Only people who log in to AVGrid on the web — typically office and management staff. Each active web user is $50 USD per month after the trial.
Do I pay for field crew?
No. Crew who only use the iOS Crew app — to see offers, accept jobs, set availability, and track earnings — are always free.
What's included in the free trial?
Everything. The full platform — events, quotes, sales orders, inventory, warehouse, crew scheduling, invoicing, and both iOS apps — for two months.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time after the trial. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
